Ruite Submersible Slurry Pump is a centrifugal pump for abrasive slurry transfer in mining, mineral processing, dredging and industrial operations. The fully submerged arrangement places the pumping unit directly at the slurry collection point.

Submerged Pumping

The pump and motor form one submerged unit installed directly in the pit, tank or slurry collection point, eliminating a separate suction-side pump. The unit is lifted vertically for maintenance.

Solids Handling

High-chrome alloy wet-end components provide wear resistance against abrasive solids. Impeller, casing or liner and wear plates are replaceable, keeping wear components separate from the complete pump assembly.

Agitator System

An optional inlet-mounted agitator disturbs settled solids at the suction point before pumping. It is particularly relevant to bottom sediment in pits, ponds and tanks.

Motor Protection

The motor protection arrangement combines waterproof construction, overload protection and double-end mechanical sealing. High-power motor configurations include additional cooling for heat control during submerged operation.

Quality Inspection

Ruite inspects materials, dimensions, machining, assembly and rotating-component balance before shipment. Inspection records and agreed technical documents are available for project orders, with third-party inspection available before shipment.
